WebxNex provides custom web development, UI/UX design, and digital engineering services. The specific scope of work, timeline, and deliverables will be agreed upon in a separate project proposal or contract.
Unless otherwise stated in the project contract, payments are typically structured in milestones. An advance deposit is required to commence work. Final deliverables are handed over only upon full receipt of the final payment.
Upon full payment of the agreed project fees, the intellectual property rights of the custom code and designs created specifically for the client will be transferred to the client. WebxNex retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio.
WebxNex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or the final deployed software.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.
