Refund & Cancellation Policy

At WebxNex, we strive for 100% client satisfaction. Due to the custom nature of web development and design services, we have a strict refund and cancellation policy.
1. Project Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your project, you must notify us in writing via email at devxnextech@gmail.com. Cancellations will be processed based on the amount of work already completed at the time of the request.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Before Work Commences: If a cancellation is requested before any design or development work has started, a full refund of the initial deposit (minus processing fees) will be issued.
- During the Project: If you cancel while the project is ongoing, refunds will be prorated. You will be billed for the hours worked and resources allocated up to that point. If the deposit covers this, the remaining balance will be refunded. If the work exceeds the deposit, no refund will be issued, and you may be billed for the outstanding amount.
- After Delivery: Once the final code, design assets, or website has been delivered or deployed, absolutely no refunds will be granted.
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
